Your reasonable monthly rent includes draperies, heat, water/sewer, basic cable TV, Internet, underground parking, garbage pick-up, air conditioner, extra storage, exercise room, rec room, craft room and on-call maintenance. 

​We offer salon services provided by local cosmetologist. Appointments are booked directly through them. They use our Salon facility for convenience to you and provide services such such as hair cuts, toe nail trimming, foot reflexology and chair massage

You will be happy to discover that we have a lower-than-market Entry Fee and a higher-than-market refund since upon your departure from Trinity Pines. A minimum of 85% of your Entry Fee will be refunded to you or your estate.

We have several different floorplans at Trinity Pines.

Spacious floorplan options range from 630 square feet (smallest one bedroom) to 938 square feet (larger two bedrooms).

​We also have two unique 2-bedroom, 2-bath units and one 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a den. 

Some of our apartment homes have a patio or balconies.
