Meet the Team:

Ann: Our Managing Director Ann Lee, has been a Lake Mills resident for over 22 years and joined The Pines' family in 2013. Interestingly, Ann had served on the Trinity Pines Board of Directors from 1999-2002 and has family roots with a passion for service to the senior population. Ann is a graduate of Luther College in Decorah, IA with a double major in Business Management & Psychology, as well as minor in Spanish.
Sharon: Your weekday noon meals are prepared and served with care by Sharon and her wait staff. Sharon has been with Trinity Pines for over 17 years, having started as a waitress. She is conscious of our residents nutritional needs and plans the menus accordingly. Her daily doses of humor put a smile on everyone's face, and her homemade pie does too!
Carl: Carl's can-do attitude and broad skill set is a huge asset to our community. From preventative maintenance to long term building projects to resident apartment needs, Carl's got us covered!
Occasionally we have the need to add to our team of part-time smiling faces. Click on the "Apply Now!" image to connect to a PDF version of the employment application that can be sent in or dropped off on site.
